Ep4: Househunting, helicopters, and hilarity

On this week's episode Ep4: Househunting, helicopters, and hilarity, your favorite throuple sits down with their incredibly fun realtor, Jermaine, to discuss the interesting challenges of buying and building a house as a throuple. But of course we get distracted with a number of other things like nude spas, coming out stories, streaking, and eyebrow raising interactions with hotel staff. Buckle up, because this episode of Fourth Wheel Podcast has it all. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll clutch your pearls. One thing is for certain though, we'll definitely have Jermaine back again as our Fourth Wheel to keep the laughs coming.

  • What is normal? Societal definitions compared to individual truths
  • Particular home needs for a dynamic with three adults and a child
  • Unexpected challenges
  • A helicopter contest for the ages
  • Streaking, nude spas, and no feather pillows
  • A different kind of Christmas card
  • Rapid Fire Questions

Stay tuned for upcoming travel episodes where we'll do a deep dive into travel hacking with points and what it really takes to travel in style for next to nothing. Episodes may continue to be a bit sporadic until our new home is ready and we have a permanent studio, but we'll be sure to bring you fresh content as often as possible until then!

About the Podcast

Fourth Wheel Podcast
Your Favorite Throuple
Fourth Wheel Podcast is hosted by Paige, Will, and Kam, who are in a committed throuple relationship navigating life, love, and parenthood. Each week we'll discuss a bit about our story, cover your questions, and further explore non-traditional relationships in an effort to broaden the discussion on polyamory, sexuality, and societal constructs. We didn't plan on becoming a throuple, but being open to it has afforded us more happiness and love than we've ever known. It means we don't have to deny ourselves, each other, or our feelings, and in turn, we can love and support one another in ways we didn't think possible. It's not the easy choice, or a choice for everyone, but it's the right situation for us. We know we don't want to live without each other, so our engagement is a testimony to that commitment, regardless of what may be legally recognized.

Society has put us all in various boxes since birth, and often times it can put limitations on life, love, and happiness whether we recognize where it's coming from or question why. This podcast explores not only our path to happiness, but we'll examine and discuss how other people are forging their own relationship journeys that may deviate from societal norms.

We're not here to endorse anything in particular, other than being true to yourself, honest in your relationships, and being open to having having safe conversations and healthy curiosity to understand those you may care about. If there's one thing we've found along our journey so far, it's that when people are curious enough to learn about or witness our love in action, they overwhelmingly support us even when we might least expect it. It's made us feel all the more loved and seen, by those we care about, and even by strangers. There weren't a ton of resources out there when we stumbled into this, so we'll be discussing the burning questions we get most often, and be honest about all the various joys and challenges along the way in hopes of helping others navigate their own journeys as well. We will typically have a fourth wheel join us as our guest each week to cover specific topics or themes that are important to address, but when we don't, we invite you, our listener, to be our fourth wheel, and send us any questions you'd like to see us include in future episodes.

If you're curious about non-traditional relationships, or just want to better understand how people find themselves in one and what it takes to make it work, give us a follow here and on our socials, and tune in each week as we continue to learn together. Our goal is to create a community that doesn't shy away from tough conversations, has the tools to navigate evolving needs in any kind of relationship, and better understands the complexities and validity of non-traditional relationships whether they're in one or not. Essentially, this podcast is just as much for the heteronormative as it is for the non-traditional, because it's all about love, growth, communication, and respect...with a few laughs and blunders thrown in for good measure. We love you all!

Profile picture for Kamryn, Paige, & Will

Kamryn, Paige, & Will

Kam is a loving mom, avid reader, travel enthusiast, foodie, amateur artist, and former equestrian. She might be mildly obsessed with Pilates, but enjoys going for walks and is learning more about weight lifting from Will and Paige. Kam built her corporate career as the Director of Strategy & Retention at the Dallas Stars Hockey Club for over 11 years, and has presented multiple times at the NHL Business Meetings focusing on client relations, membership incentives, and renewal strategies. Kam later became the VP of Sales Operations for a corporate gifting company here in Dallas, again focusing on strategy, retention, and data visualization.

After seeing how many people were truly struggling to find joy in their dating life, Kam left the corporate world to passionately pursue supporting others in their personal goals. She created REV Dating in 2024, and coaches high level executives through their personal journey, focusing on helping those returning to dating after divorce.

Paige is a spreadsheet enthusiast, blossoming badminton addict, proud Jeep owner, and incredibly talented musician. She loves weightlifting at the gym, anything Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings, and has a special skill for always getting the perfect gifts for friends and family. She's been the kiddo's favorite from the get go, always willing to discuss Star Wars, Legos, or movies, even if it requires the patience of a saint to do so for the hundredth time.

Professionally, Paige has been an accountant for a major Texas based company for the past 7 years, and graduated with her Masters in early 2024. Although she already manages a large team and division, she plans on preparing to take the CPA exams in 2025. Paige is on the Pride Committee at her company, is a staunch supporter of LGBTQ+ rights, and is open about our relationship at work.

Paige is affectionately known as the "one who gets stuff done" in the relationship. She's always taking care of others and making us feel loved. In 2023, she faced a number of life threatening health issues that could have taken her from us. While healthy now, her recovery is still ongoing, and the perspective that year gave both her and Will on what really matters in life continues to guide some of her core principles.

Will is a veteran, actor, and business owner, who loves dogs, racing cars, and lifting weights. In his free time though, he typically enjoys audio books, participating in improv comedy, and writing and producing short form skits. While in many ways he's a "man's man", Kam and Paige can attest that it's his incredible emotional awareness and EQ, commitment to open communication, and his unique ability to navigate conflict with love that makes him the type of man who is capable of winning over not one, but two impressive women. On top of that, he is exceptionally dedicated to being a positive male role model for Kam's son, and stays heavily involved with his activities, schoolwork, and interests, always leading by example with love and communication.

Will has been a professional photographer for over 10 years and is currently expanding his photography business to serve additional clientele. After serving five years in the United States Marines, he started his acting career and attended film school at Southern Methodist University for cinematography. Never satisfied with being just one thing, Will has endeavored to go back to school again for his Masters in International Securities, drawing upon his time and experiences in US Embassies all over the world to explore additional career opportunities for the future.
